Platform presentations

A template that can be downloaded from this website must be followed. In order to speed up the review process author must ensure that their submitted papers fulfil the above instructions in order to avoid them to be sent back to them for reformatting.

Guidelines for preparation of Oral Presentations

The allocated time for Keynotes will be 25 minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion. The allocated time for Platform presentations will be 12 minutes for presentation plus 3 minutes for discussion. We suggest a maximum of two slides is used for "introduction" in order to allow most of the time to present the hypothesis, objectives and most innovative results and conclusions. The allocated time for Short presentations will be 7 minutes. Authors should present only the objective and the main results and conclusions, leaving out introduction and methodology aspects.

Guidelines for preparation of Posters

Posters should be maximum size A0 in portrait format (841 mm wide, 1189 mm high). The provided poster boards will be 1 meter wide.
